We’re so excited to share our final Main Stage announcement. Named after the remarkable self-regenerating Baobab ‘tree of life’, and the Dakar club that inspired their formation, Orchestra Baobab – a powerhouse of West African music.

An uplifting blend of Afro-Cuban and traditional griot music, this Main Stage set is sure to get all you Folk by the Oakers on your feet and dancing to their classic tunes!

And completing the Acorn Stage line-up is Manchester’s hottest new band – The Deep Blue.

Since they first burst onto the scene in 2021 have been captivating audiences at festivals up and down the country with their hypnotically beautiful harmonies masterfully fused with rebellious lyrics. We love their sound – the perfect fit for our Acorn Stage!

And here it is in full. What a line-up! We can’t wait to hear all these incredible bands, talented musicians, inspiring singer-songwriters and exceptional performers at Folk by the Oak.
