1. Tickets are non-refundable.

2. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or change the programme without being obliged to exchange tickets or refund money.

3. No money may be refunded unless the event is cancelled prior to commencement.

4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the performance due to circumstances beyond their control amounting to Force Majeure without refund.

5. Venue and / or Estate rules must be obeyed at all times.

6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.

7. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk.

8. No dogs (except assistance dogs). Barbecues, sky lanterns, naked flames, balloons, drones and recording equipment are NOT permitted.

9. The data that we collect from you is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available here. We send approximately 6 E-mails per year with news and offers relating to future Folk by the Oak events / projects. We never pass your details to third-parties who intend to use it for their own purposes. To unsubscribe please write to info@folkbytheoak.com or click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our E-mails.

10. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, neither the organisers, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness, injury to visitors, spectators, vehicles or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

11. Children must be supervised at all times. All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old.

12. Ticket holders consent to being photographed / filmed / recorded as members of the audience.

13. Merchandise returns policy: Please check the size guides carefully before purchasing. Please email us at info@folkbytheoak.com if you need to return an item because it is faulty or does not fit. Items should be returned to us within 7 days of being received. If you require a different size we will do our best to accommodate you subject to stock availability. Returns are made at the cost of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
