We’re overjoyed to announce that The Proclaimers will headline Folk by the Oak 2022!

They join the legendary Richard Thompson on our main stage 'line-up of headliners', along with a much anticipated return for The Unthanks, a long awaited appearance by the Sam Sweeney Band, and 2 simply incredible collaborations in the form of Spell Songs and AKA Trio.

Spell Songs II: Let The Light In

Commissioned by Folk by the Oak in 2018, Spell Songs is a musical evolution of both The Lost Words & The Lost Spells books by acclaimed author Robert Macfarlane and award-winning illustrator Jackie Morris; creating a listening experience that intersects music, literature, language and art, as a call to reawaken our love of the wild.
