We collect your name, address, email address, and payment details when you book with us. This is for the purposes of processing your ticket booking or merchandise order, to send you information about the event that you have booked for, and to notify you of future Folk by the Oak events, products and offers. Where you have given your email address via our online newsletter sign-up form, we use this information to keep you up to date with Folk by the Oak events and offers as requested.
Where bookings have been made via a third party agent such as an alternative online ticketing website, customer bookings including names, addresses and emails are made available to us in order that we may process your ticket booking. This is done in line with their individual privacy policies and the data is used for the purposes of completing your ticket booking only.
Where bookings have been made for the 2020 and 2021 events, the name and phone number of the lead booker may be made available to NHS Covid-19 Test and Trace where this is requested of us. We will also collect details of other attendees over 16, who didn't book their own ticket, and these records will be held securely for 21 days in line with Test and Trace guidelines. After this time these details will be permanently deleted. Find out more about this service here
