Unique to the festival world, the Folk by the Oak team actively encourage you to bring your own homemade picnic and drinks to our festival.

Or check out our hand-picked caterers who are dedicated to bringing you fresh, imaginative dishes and beverages.

Our Food Village

From ethnic street food to traditional festival favourites and that all important real ale bar, we will be welcoming back many firm favourites as well as new sumptuous somethings to make Folk by the Oak a delicious experience for all. 

We'll once again be offering delicious food from around the world. To get you in the mood, here's what we had on offer last year:

The Superfood Curry Company, Garlic and Olive with their fabulous Mediterranean offerings, Waffle Wands with chocolate and cream galore, Humble Crumbles with a splash of something alcoholic for the grown ups, Backstreet Diner gourmet burgers, hand crafted Stonebaked pizzas,  Bite Around the Word Thai and Malaysian dishes, Emilios not to missed Persian Food, sizzling Somerset Hog Roast, epic pies & awesome sides from MyPie, tempting toasties from Toastielicious & exceptional fish and chips from The Frying Squad.

All of these amazing stalls also offer tasty vegetarian options.

For our vegans we have international offerings from Amrutha Lounge, and Bite Around the Word offer both Thai and Malaysian vegan specials too

All can be washed down with a pint from Tring Brewery at the Real Ale bar, a cocktail or mocktail from Beetlejuice or perhaps some mouthwatering Real Lemonade.
